No. Third Room is a consulting practice created to support organizations with clarity and people-focused problem solving. It also serves as a space to host small projects and collaborations.

We support teams across organizations in many industries and across the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Most of our projects involve people strategy, programs, communication, or internal clarity.

Yes. We take on longer projects or support organizations more consistently when there is mutual alignment.

Most of our work is in the EU, but we also support international teams or cross-border projects when needed. As such, we have worked with teams in the MENA and North American regions as well.

We begin with a simple conversation to understand the context, challenges, and goals. From there we draft a proposal, outlining a practical plan that fits the pace and capacity of the team for mutual approval.

Our primary focus is organizational work, but we support individuals and the youth with ESL, business English, communication, career coaching or professional development.

Yes. We offer support with workshops, program design, internal communication, and people strategy for teams and organizations.

The studio operates through a flexible network model. We lead the core work and bring in collaborators when a project benefits from additional expertise. This keeps our work focused, adaptive, and intentionally lean.

Reference and verification requests can be sent to info@thirdroomconsulting.eu with the requestor’s name, organization, and the purpose of the inquiry. We confirm project based work, timelines, and responsibilities when we have direct knowledge of the engagement. For privacy and accuracy, we only respond to verified requests and do not share information through anonymous or unofficial channels.
