After spending the first half of her career working in the United States, Hauwa relocated to the European Union and began to notice recurring patterns in how organizations operated. International teams often struggled to gather the full story behind their challenges because day to day work left little time for reflection. Departments moved slowly together, ownership across people processes was unclear, and teams were weighed down by busy work instead of working toward meaningful performance measures or KPIs.
Today the studio helps European organizations with people strategy, special projects, programs, and ad hoc operational support. The goal is to help teams work more clearly and confidently by creating a grounded environment for problem solving without the noise or pressure that often comes with traditional consulting.
Third Room works as a flexible consulting studio supported by 10 collaborators, advisors, consultants, and project specialists. Our model stays intentionally lean so we can bring the right expertise into each project as needed. Below are our experiences across industries.
